The Story Behind Teller
I've always told stories visually — through design, photography, art. An image is never just an image; there's always something living inside it. But writing that story? I've tried, but that's where I've had to pass the baton.
When we started traveling more, I developed a slightly compulsive habit: turning every trip into a photo book. Not just to document, but to tell the story of a place. I love those books. They're like time machines.
That obsession led me to wonder: what if these memories could live inside an actual story — with drama, texture, a real narrative arc? The tools finally existed to make it real, and the first time I saw my own trip transformed into a short story that was genuinely mine, it felt like magic. That moment became Teller.
I designed and built Teller myself. And I'm so excited to share it with you. Your photos already contain a story. Teller puts a new spin on it. I'd love to hear what you think at brandon@teller-app.com.
